Today 02/02/26 I visited the bank in it's new location,to see if I could get help resolving a problem of my own creation. Peter was instrumental in sorting the situation out and I left confident my A/C would not be compromised. Thank you Peter and ANZ. It seems there is a fresh team after all the negative feedback in the past.

I just want to activate my credit card because the apps , phonecall and online didn’t work. But the wait for the turn is almost an hour The wait list was only 5 people before me , imagine if there is 20-30 people wait ? I could be here until next year ? ANZ in 2026 your service is going backward , sorry to say

Had an appointment booked that they requested me to go to from my dad passing away Google maps location is inaccurate or just flat out wrong, spent 45 mins walking around midland gate, even went to the old branch location across all of midland gate outside in 37 degree heat Only number I can call to try reach the branch about the appointment to try find them was a generic automated ai voice thing & tells me how to change the appointment and hangs up Spent another 30 mins calling bereavement services to then tell me they cant even contact the branch & can just leave a note as well as for me to call ANZ back to book again.. No have the time of day to waste on hold for another banks disorganisation of my dead father, that I don’t even bank with. Photo of where the bank is NOT on Google maps *

Worst bank ever. Waiting for long periods of time. Twice spoke to a woman who has problems speaking English, and seems to not know what she is doing. The people there need serious training. Have started going to Cannington because of the bad service here.

The wait times for help are ridiculous, even when you make an appointment. The staff are friendly enough. ATM machines are often not working. On one occasion I deposited $4000 and the machine spat out my card with no record of my deposit. Very unlikely to recommend this branch.
