I have to say I was very pleasantly surprised after reading so many bad reviews about this branch. Upon entering I was greeted at the door by Krystal who asked how she could assist me. I told her I was here to make a deposit of a large number of coins and a cheque. Krystal walked me through the process and assisted me with deposits actually physically helping load the coins into the ATM coin counter. Following this she showed me how to deposit the cheque and get my receipts. I was actually taken aback by her willingness to help. Great customer service, pleasant mannerism and a credit to her employer.

Excellent service from Sophie today, she explained everything so clearly and went above and beyond to make sure we had all the information that we needed for our situation. Not only did she put us at ease but she made sure that we felt comfortable with the decisions that had to be made. If I could give Sophie 10 stat's I would. We were also greeted beautifully by kaloni and everything was sorted out so efficiently and smoothly.
