I had such a wonderful experience with Rebecca. Her Cantonese skills were incredibly helpful when we needed to look into the details of an old ANZ account, and she made the whole process so much clearer and easier for my family. Even though it was close to closing time, Rebecca remained patient, attentive and committed to helping us resolve everything properly😊

I've been to this branch a couple of times now at they are exceptional. Working in a bank branch is not for the faint hearted and they have to deal with the good, the bad and the ugly of this world and do it with a smile. The team in this branch go out of their way to help..

I was looking for an ATM without fees to get cash with my revolut card. ANZ saved me. All the other banks around had fees.

I visited this branch on Monday. It wasn’t busy at all, and they asked me to wait for 5 minutes, saying someone would assist me shortly. I was just there to open a new account. I’ve opened accounts at other banks before, and it never took more than 5–7 minutes. But this time, I had to wait around 15–20 minutes before someone finally came to see me. He apologized, saying he forgot someone was waiting—fair enough. It still wasn’t too bad until he started asking me completely irrelevant questions like: • How often do you visit your home country? • How much does it cost to go there? • Who sponsors your trips? • How long do you stay when you go back? It felt unnecessary and intrusive, especially for something as simple as opening a bank account. And to top it off, instead of printing my account details properly, he just scribbled them on a small sticky note. Really unprofessional. All in all, it took over an hour just to open a bank account despite the fact that there was no one ahead of

Good little bank branch at the entrance to the shopping centre. GOOD: Staff member was efficient and friendly. It took 31 minutes from point at which came in until point at which became a bank account holder. I thought it would take hours. The person serving us was helpful and efficient. NOT SO GOOD: Being asked to wait and take a seat is redundant when the only general seat, in the non existent 'waiting area' is taken. OVERALL: I would not recommend coming here with anyone who can't stand for lengthy periods or is elderly, given that they've put most of their space into an empty fancy foyer area with only 2 seats available to sit. Several people came in who were elderly/with walking sticks etc and they couldn't stand and there's no seats. They had to walk out. In the time I was there at least 5-10 people walked out. This is very poorly designed.
