I put 0 (zero) if possible, poor customer service and rude. I understand there is a process, but ANZ should train their people to have better communication skills. If you are finding new bank, I am highly recommend to avoid this one.

I am exceptionally satisfied with my recent experiences at ANZ Box Hill. The process I underwent involved a considerable amount of procedural and administrative work within the entire ANZ organization. I would like to express my sincere gratitude to Angie Ng; without her professionalism and dedication to her customers, I would not have been able to complete the process as quickly and smoothly. Additionally, I have noticed that the staff at ANZ Box Hill face unique challenges, such as heavy traffic, demanding customers, and extremely limited space. Nonetheless, I found that the service provided there is on par with, if not better than, that of other ANZ branches and all well-known banks in Australia.

I would like to express my sincere appreciation for Serena Wang’s excellent service. She consistently demonstrated professionalism, efficiency, and genuine care throughout the process. Serena explained every step clearly, followed up proactively, and ensured that all issues were resolved quickly. Her attention to detail and customer-first attitude made the entire experience seamless and reassuring. She is truly an asset to the bank.

The tall girl right in the front has the "don't bother me" attitude, she wasn't rude, but wasn't nice at all, and it was hardly to get any other staff member's attention, not a good experience.

I had a truly wonderful experience. Everything was so well-organised from start to finish. The staff were incredibly helpful and professional, making the whole process smooth and stress-free. I especially want to thank Angie NG, who stood out with her exceptional kindness and attentiveness. She really took the time to understand my situation and made me feel genuinely cared for and supported. It’s rare to come across someone so thoughtful and compassionate in customer service. I’m so grateful for her help, and I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for excellent service with a warm, human touch.
