I was at the Branch yesterday (Feb 3, 2025). Initially, I was a wee bit skeptical about the services after reading the reviews. But, my experience was totally different. The teller was very friendly. I also talked to the Branch Manager. She ack about the phone number which she already informed the HQ but still pending. Overall, I'm satisfied with their services
Allowing debit card to running out of stock is just a symbol of poor management and planning. What's the manager is doing?
