Dont why officer from this branch told me cannot do Fd partial withdrawal. I go to Alor setar branch they inform me no issue to do Fd partial withdrawal. Maybe kb officer lack of knowledge.

Came here with my wife and there were no other customers in the waiting area so we thought the process would be not very time-consuming. Took over 20 minutes to be called, but the staff serving us was friendly nevertheless.

Very well located, high to climb stairs for elders. Because, in odd time the escalator is not operated.

this is the only ambank branch in kelantan, staff is friendly but u gotta have some knowledge when dealing something here.
