Bring my mum to Ambank to activate her card, my mum not familiar with the procedure, the staff teach us and let us activate on our own, and she proceed with another customer. We faced issue when registering and we approach the staff, she keep complaining us on how we dont know the procedure to her customers. Is this the correct attitude when handling the customer? She can remind us wait but not complain with another customer and discuss our issue!
