Staffs front desk only two person. There’s no representative attend you at the door. You have to pick your own ticket number, shocking. The security guard not friendly at all. Roaming around and not helping. He went outside and smoke cigarettes. What a joke!
i dont know whats going on with the bank, i was there to renew debit card, The staff should tell me the card is no longer can be obtain from the branch and wait for SMS send from KL branch for renew instead of telling me its out of stock...wt....
