Staff was not patience when handle senior citizen, especially on the online thingy. Should provide more care on them. Even the security is rude also. Very limited space in the area and very limited parking. Fail location, fail staff. Provide them with more improvement. Will email this to HQ also to get them improve the service here.

One of the Chinese female staff was visibly upset when I needed her service. She was too focused tapping on her handphone.We are senior citizens.

Where to park? Parking pun susah. If not the worst ambank branch donno what to say. Service pun teruk.

Batu Pahat am bank Service is slow, all the staff seem to have not woken up yet waiting for a long time but the problem is really a waste of time!, today I went to the muar ambank area to ask for help to settle the same problem….. it took 30 minutes to settle. I think it's not the bank that's the problem, the problem is the staff
