I would like to compliment the team at AmBank Bandar Puteri Puchong for their consistently excellent service. Every visit has been smooth, efficient, and welcoming — from the front-line staff to the relationship team, everyone is professional and genuinely helpful. Recently, I came to the branch to deposit RM5,000 into my daughter AmGenius account in order to redeem the limited edition Aman Plushie, launched specially for AmBank’s 50th Anniversary. The staff patiently guided me through the process and ensured everything was done correctly. They shared the benefits of the kids account and information about the campaign since this plushie is only available at selected branches. Thanks to their assistance, the entire experience was quick and pleasant, and the little one was overjoyed to receive the adorable Aman Plushie! Appreciate the great service from the team here — highly recommended branch for anyone looking for friendly and reliable banking support.

Very bad experience, especially from the Chinese lady in Ambank Bandar Puteri. Every time come here waited for so long. 45 mins waited just within 4 customers. Number call but not serving me directly and still working with previous customer matter. And the Chinese lady (dark green shirt, always muka masam just like owned her beribu ribu ringgit) at counter 7 serving her own customer after my number being called at Counter 8. And ordered counter 7 Malay lady do the information key in her customer matter (due to system issues) and ask the Malay lady at counter 7 where I'm sitting to move me to another counter to continue my matter and delay my problem even the Malay lady offered to swap customer between them earlier but she did not. After about 10 mins her customer matter done (am still at another side*not counter 7) and she did not immediate address me but leave me alone at another counter for waiting. It Is a very bad attitude she had along with I have been meet in so many banks have

I would like to express my sincere appreciation for the excellent service provided by the AmBank Bandar Puteri Puchong and the officer. From the moment I reached out, I received prompt, clear, and professional assistance. Despite the customer service counter is busy and long Que. The officer i think she is a manager, was extremely knowledgeable and took the time to explain every detail, helped me with my AmOnline ID & Password reset patiently after I‘ve changed my device and mobile number. Their commitment, patience, and customer-first attitude made the entire process smooth and stress-free. It’s rare to find this level of dedication and service quality. I am truly impressed and grateful.

Very good experience with the branch and the staff is so helpful. I solved my banking needs with very reasonable times especially the Branch Manager. She is so so helpful and gave very professional banking advice! I will go back again for all my banking needs.

Very bad experience here. Come over 11/8 for a letter for my house. The lady on the counter said will email to me after 2 week. Not receive email or call at all. Call to the bank is really useless, no one is realise you guy have a phone in the office. No answer at all. My husband had to go to the bank yesterday to pick up the letter itself. End up the letter cannot use! You want to know why! Because the letter already expired. The letter have the date 13/8/2025 and expired after a month after the date on the letter. Really really bad. End up EPF staff said need to go back to Ambank itself to change the date chop and sign as EPF staff advised. Again need to go and refer to unprofessional staff at Ambank and they cannot chop sign as per advised from EPF staff. Very funny what are you guys doing? Wasting our time rushing to you guys and for your mistake? Again need to wait for 2 week? Very funny right. Let see your service after this 2 week.
