Been waiting for an hour for the opening of the account. Very slow customer service. Sufficient staff, but low efficiency. Second, the queuing system is funny. Not make sense at all.

very bad service from staff, had to wait for hours to open bank account even though there was no other customers around. the staff is only busy chatting w themselves and dont care tht the customers are watching. better just stay home to chat, dont come to work. bad, everyone is there just to chat

damn slow service, waited for 3 hours just to open acc?? the staff is all damn loud, no respect for customers at all. whole bank is just full of loud chatters but no actual service at all

Waited for so long just to open an account, inefficient, slow, the staffs were just hanging around chatting. Dislike.

Terrible system. Number system was there, but security guard insisted to give one number after one customer left the counter, yet she couldn't remember who comes first, ended up waiting for much more time then i should.
