Just went there for credit card collection around 1.30-2pm. Don't see the Indian lady guarding the queue machine, not sure no more or not on duty. Collection process consider ok, not the fastest nor slowest.

Im not sure but everytime when i go there , not much ppl ,but Need wait long time and slow, Please improve the service When card collection also need wait 40minutes even i early already mentioned i collect card only. Even priority customer also same , no special service

The Female Indian Security Guard acted like she was the Ambank Staf. Refused to give number and keep asking to sit down. Then she just dont remembered who are first and second. Only 1 counter was available. Poor Services.

There is a queue number machine, but the Indian lady security guard sitting in front of the counter (beside the machine) does not allow any customer to press the queue number, always asking the customer to sit down and she will give the number later. I really can't read their minds, what is the purpose of the machine placed in the branch??? The first round happened to me a few months ago, where I experienced numbers being given not in order. Someone cames later than me, but can get a number before my turn, is this fair to me??? Today I faced another problem. As usual, the lady guard told me to sit first and she will give me the number later. Then I sat and waited for her to give me the queue number, but the number given by her was very unpleasant, she showed her angry face to me for no reason. Please note that she doesn't allow customers to press any queue numbers from the machine, then why acting like I owe her millions. Very bad service. Hope this can improve before I get angry for n
