Waiting here for 2 hours and the bank staff was chatting with each other. They work slower than turtle. Useless. I wish all of them got fired and replace them with more efficient ones
This bank staff works like a turtle, very slow! Tons of customers queuing outside the bank for more than 1 hour and they just shut off the door at 3pm, that is it! Staff inside working is more than customers, yet no one bother to improve the queue. Lousy service bank!
Easily accessible with not so big crowd. Covid19 time made the waiting time very long however. Friendly staff.

You can withdraw, bank in, or cash in a cheque at their automated teller machines. The bank staff are pretty friendly.
