Come on guys…… month end, two tellers at customer service? Opened at 9am sharp but don’t have the people to catch up on the queues of work to be done. Not one happy client in the queue sitting here watching wha is happening. Very poor show of customer service……

4times ive been back to apply for a card. One consultant can help - 1-2 hours wait at a time and then still not sorted. A 1 star is quite generous and calling it customer service is beyond a joke. Never had such appalling service in my life. Quite annoyed that im an ABSA client!

Kego was so pleasant and helpful! Really grateful to her - she helped me sort out my banking app and did not give up when there were complications but followed through and got back to me. Wonderful lady!

Patric Mbatha provided me with Immaculate service. Never lost any patience with me at all. I got assisted through every step in what I needed. He is definitely the best customer service rep at absa.

I have been coming to Absa - Cresta Mall for a few years. The service remains useless and pathetic. With consultants going on lunch when there is que, etc. A simple query like accessing digital limits or collecting a new card means waiting for 30minutes. Thank goodness Absa is not my primary banker.
