We are very happy to prompt service from Ms. Bittu. She is a quick problem resolver. She takes her task seriously and keep contacting to client till its resolve. We must say she is the assets for the Network international. We have 5 companies, she handle alone all these companies very nicely and never let us down for any delay service.

The manager Azzam was very kind person. He shows high corporation, fastest reaction speed, and maybe the best customer service experience you can have. And not only one, almost every employee there, you can feel their happiness. They truly love their job, therefore they treat their clients nice.

So my summarized experience as a business with network is that i suffered with them at the beginning and how the treatment was with all the delays, calls and emails back and forth it was a really bad experience. After that a manager from Network called Azzam Obed got in touch with me and it was honestly a turning point with this whole experience, he came in the picture and solved everything and all i had to do was telling him what happened with me once! he made the whole experience lot easier and smoother. I started recommending them to my other business owners friends just because of this guy and his team (Jamila). I recommend dealing with Network, but always make sure to deal with the right person.

Was not at all happy with the service. They didn't deliver as per the promise was about to write a complaint to high officials in their office about the kind of service they were giving until I met Ms. Roba. She went extra mile in supporting me and delivered more than what was actually required. The best part is after doing all my work she told me she was not my Relationship Manager it's just that I asked for a help so being an employee of Network she helped me and doesn't want the customer to suffer. Also I would like to appreciate the efforts of Mr. Azzam (Senior Manager) he personally came to meet me and promised that the job will be done before the end of the day which was done eventually. Please keep on doing the work you guys are doing and sky is the limit. One bad experience will not change my trust in you guys. One happy customer.
