Customer service are not professional and they are somewhat clueless, I had an account before with them but I was not using it and it had my old name as I did not update it. Went there to open a new account and I asked the guy whether my new information will be updated or not and he confirmed that it will since it's a new account. Second day i check my information and it's still the same, so I went back to the branch this time to another guy and I requested name update and he did, but the coincidence is that my last name does not have spaces in between and this gentleman added a space from his own mind. Lastly, I went to dubai hills branch and updated it correctly and they were much more better and helpful and also they looked educated enough than the barsha branch. (2 star because of the supplementary tea/coffee and cleanliness of the place)

I had a very positive experience at ADIB – Al Barsha Mall branch, thanks to Mr. Amr Khairy. He was professional, patient, and genuinely helpful throughout the process. He explained everything clearly, followed up properly, and made sure my request was handled smoothly without wasting time. It’s rare to see this level of responsibility and customer care in banking these days. Mr. Amr truly represents the bank in a professional way, and his attitude makes a real difference for customers. Highly appreciated and recommended.

The branch manager is truly a rare breed. She is exceptionally helpful and consistently goes the extra mile for customers. I have dealt with her twice, and since I don’t live in Dubai, my visits are usually limited to Fridays and Saturdays. After my first interaction, she left a strong impression — showing that you don’t need personal connections to receive outstanding support, and that reaching out before visiting can save you from unnecessary banking bureaucracy. On my second visit, she fully lived up to that impression. I highly recommend anyone visiting this branch to speak directly with her — she is genuinely outstanding. What truly sets her apart is the respect and cooperation she receives from her team. The staff work with her seamlessly, without the typical tension sometimes seen between managers and employees. That speaks volumes about her leadership. Hats off to you, madam — truly impressive

Either ADIB does not have a proper system in place or the staff are not trained well in this branch. I received an Email to go this branch to collect No Liability letter after 7 days passing application. To my surprise, they said you need to contact customer servic. There is another step before we are able to give you the letter!!!

I am extremely disappointed with the service at this bank branch. A simple account opening took 2.5 hours of our time. We were constantly sent from one employee to another, with no clear explanations or proper organization. In the end, our issue was not even fully resolved. I could understand such a delay if there were a long queue, but there wasn’t. This is absolutely unacceptable for a bank. I wasted a lot of time and was left with the feeling of a complete lack of customer focus. What kind of service is this?
