Just rude They treat u as if u smell disgusting. The lady on the reception in the front desk doesn't know how to look or talk . The security by the machine is the one giving information instead of the receptionist , so I need to wait for long before taking a ticket just for her to answer people questions. The only good profisional one , was the nice guy returning the checks , he was nice and helping Will never go back again .

Simply, truly, utterly awful. I need to book a days holiday from work just to go to the bank. The hours you sit/stand there for without getting nothing accomplished is shocking. My latest endeavour took me 85minutes just to update my signature and passport. Honest to god, why do I still chose to bank here I'll never know. Awful terrible dreadful.

The service is absolutely terrible. I've never seen such pathetic banking service ever. Actually got me thinking should I genuinely get rid of my enbd accounts. I'm still not quite sure how the staff can be this least bothered. I was told to take a token and upon showing my token number, the lady says it hasnt come on my system. Please get another token (this happens after me waiting for 25 minutes) and after all that waiting. I was told please come tomorrow anywhere around 8-1:30. Terrible service is an understatement genuinely

Shocked by the overall rude behavior of the entire staff, on top that happened in the priority banking section. Me and my wife visited. We had a 6-8 minutes discussion where the officer wanted me to just buzz off ( he was polite though - but you can see the body language). In those 8 minutes, he was sitting in his chair and I kept on standing. This is a bank.

I don’t know if it’s emirates nbd or just Al barsha branch. It’s extremely slow. People are here like almost about to sleep. And details are not clear. Had to come 3 days just to open an account. It is a shame to have such a painful experience in well reputed bank . I’ve been using NBD over 6 years , I was using only online banking and had no prior experience in customer service. I wish I could give no stars at all.
