very bad expereance .. my 4000 dh stuck .. since 50 days .. i m tired to call in costmor serviece .. please can some one call me plzzz..
My balance id deducted without my permission i try to talk with agent but all i got is bot with specific option..... I also went to bank at mall of Emirates but there nobody.

If there was a 0 star i would definitely give to mashreq bank horrible service and horrible experience no security multiple transactions and fraud done no actions ! No otp for many transactions if less than 100 dhs transactions u only receive an email not msg on ur mobile which caused me alot of money losses due to fraud without me reading my email!!! I have been trying to complaint for the past 2 days no response or actions or a call back!! I do not recommend this bank to any1
i tried to close this account for already more then 3 month still cannot, when there is little bit money customer service says make zero account, when make zero account again say pay your due charges, when again i deposit for due charges they again say make zero for close account they will trap you in loop
