The worst bank in the world. They have no right information on their app and all statements delay on app you never can see your exact amount that you spent. With credit card the worst system! They didn't remind you even about day of payment as another banks do , they just deduct all amount from your account in one time after 1 month !!! Plus they charge you!!! So what is benefit from your credit card ??? Even a lot of taxes if you use it abroad. The worst bank ever!!!!

One of the worst banking experiences I’ve had with HSBC. I recently relocated to Dubai and opened my account at the Mall of the Emirates branch, very professional and helpful. Unfortunately, everything went downhill afterward. When I requested a checkbook, I discovered that my account setup was incomplete and the checking feature hadn’t been activated properly. After calling HSBC Customer Service, I was told they couldn’t help and that I had to visit a branch. I even took a day off to visit the HSBC DIFC branch, only to be told they also couldn’t process my request. Instead, they mentioned that my EID details and fingerprint were missing (despite having already submitted them). DIFC branch tried to help by escalating my case and raising a request through Aramex (which, surprisingly, handles fingerprinting for HSBC). However, she couldn’t confirm which Aramex location provides this service. I spent hours trying to contact Aramex with no success. When I called HSBC again, I only receiv

Poor service. Staff are rude especially the Indian bold headed guy even U just want to ask one question they answered you back (bro we are busy just wait,).. clients will save time and also for them if they can help someone to answer even just one question. If they are busy we are also busy. We came all the way to your door to get an assistant but they treated you differently and were not welcome. If I am for you go to the biggest HSBC branches instead here. I have been waiting for 40 minutes before my turn. Door#4 June 30, 2025 timing 13:59 pm.

Avoid. Get a WIO instead. Been an HSBC customer for 15+ years, their time is up. Crap bank. While others strive to make the customer experience easier, this bank makes things more and more difficult.
