Long wait times.. These people think we have all day to wait in their branch. They need a system where they recieve a call/text while people shop in the mall. Would make the experience much more enjoyable. People are hungry, they want tl shop.. or hire more people!

Disappointed !! I just visited MOE branch to check my personal details and after applying for request one of the customer executive asked me for digital signature but it was not matching so she told me "please do it carefully because really I don't have time for you" and I was speechless. Because my middle name mistake was from emirates NBD sales person who offered me the account, I was waiting in a queue for 50 minutes but she simply told me that she even don't have 5 minutes for minutes. Does it mean that our time is not valuable?

Disaster. No service, no knowledge. Spent 1,5 hour in a queue just to submit an application for cancellation of mobile banking, which is another fabulous story. As soon as I logged in the mobile application with credit card number it is impossible to add debit card and account information. So now if I want to have in mobile banking both credit and debit cards, I need to cancel it. To cancel online I need to wait for 45 days for cancellation and to make it in person I have to wait 1,5 hours in queue. Never recommend

Went there last 1 Sep at around 8pm and had my transaction processed very quickly by the bank staff, 10 minutes tops. Guard on duty helpfully advised me before giving me my priority number that one of my desired service will not be possible around that time.

I've been happy to get a first-class customer's service from the trainee Tushara today (I hope I've spelled her name correctly). This girl was multitasking all alone from 4 PM trying her best. I'm sincerely thankful to her for the attentive and to-the-point explanation. I truly believe that even beginners should be praised by the management staff. I wish this girl a success in the banking system. Take care of her, she's a diamond)
