i have 40 days passed away but my closure credit card additional amount refund not received. I have sent so many mail and many time visit to branches but no resolution. Only revert on mail that we are investigating since 40 days. I need my additional amount on priority basis.
Bad experience. Long queue and only 2 people working. Find another branch if you value your time
Be aware of Friday service time from 2pm, don't bother for morning visiting
Terrible customer service. Extremely unhelpful and rude staff. Myself and my friend had our accounts blocked as they said they didn’t have our updated emirate id’s. They would not give us any help at all so I’m not sure what the point in the centre is. My friend even cried and no empathy was shown. We regret opening our accounts here and will probably close them soon.
Really disrespectful and unprofessional staff. A very cold and unhelpful attitude towards customers. May aswell our robots there or just keep ATMs and tell people to call for help. The customer service is so bad it’s unbelievable to have this in Dubai.
