I never experienced such a warm and good service. All employees from security, reception and counter staffs all are polite , courteous and helping customers with a smile. The service was given quick and accurate. This branch changed my view for banking work. Thanks Citi Bank.

Five different staff members on the automatic customer service shirked their responsibilities.

One of the worst branches with worst service They work like a govt bank and you can feel the level of service deterioration after they shifted from Juhu. Getting a simple thing like account closure takes lot of red tape. Horrible experience.

Most employees need serious customer service training & need to learn how they should communicate with each other in customer facing environment... 3 Stars only coz 2 of the employees did a phenomenal job to save the grace... such a contrast in customer service as compared to the call centre... (always awesome service)
