Only three staffers present. Security guard doing most of the work. Passbook printer not working. No one to address issues related to fixed deposits
The staff has all reasons not to work. Start working at 10 am ,taking lunch break of 1 hr, closing the branch at 3 pm. Dont know why such pathetic services !! Senior citizens are so ill treated here ! Management should take stern action against these employees
The staff here , doesn't want to work. Yesterday a senior person was asking to update his passbook, they kept sending him to different people because he couldn't update it on the machine, his passbook was missing a barcode. He kept saying I'm from Gujarat, help me. I'll wait. Had to leave without getting his passbook updated
I m standing over there for 2 hrs and till new I don't have any received text from sbi to your saving account has bhin created ??? that type work doing there and bank location ask someone to wear is bank
