Closing my SBI account was a good decision. But Horrible experience to do that…staff is slow working some handful like 1-2 people only are good no doubt. Manager Yogesh Ransinge works very slow not cooperative at all, he doesn't talk and will prolong work for no reason. It took 2hrs to just get my account closer done. My form was roaming here and there for 2hrs which should have taken max 15-20mins. At last happy that I've no connection with this slow and outdated bank anymore!

Mr. Priyaranjan Shah, one of the staff at SBI, is one of the most rude employees I have ever come across. Being from the customer service industry, you should be patient & respect your customers, but not this person who has serious attitude issues. While speaking to him over the phone, he hung up straight away when questioned if he had authority to do what he did on my account. I had requested for outward remittance from my account & this person said he would do it but it would take time so he took all my details & without informing me about TDS, he went ahead. When questioned, he started arguing & spoke very badly & hung up, tried calling him back but he purposely didn’t answer my calls, also spoke rudely to my mother who asked him about details. Such employees should first be taught how to treat their customers & then should be taught banking process. VERY BAD EXPERIENCE

Very pathetic service from this branch. I wanted my 1 year statement. I visited that branch and they charged me for my own statement & when I checked my statement it was only for 5 month i clearly mentioned in my letter that I want 1st Jan 2022 to till 22nd Jan 2023. They gave me 1st jan 2022 to 30th April 2022 & 22 jan 2023, for the middle month they did not give me anything. When I called there they were just passing the phone from one person to another person. This kind of service they are giving to the customer if you  don't want to do your job then why are you sitting there. You are just irritating customers, you are not doing a job. 1st, the branch manager told me it will be approx 700 to 800 rupees but they charge me 2242 rupees. If anyone wants to open an account in future please don't visit this branch.

I mean why they are running the bank, I want to deposit cash of same sbi branch of some one, they refuse to take it, their deposit machine is also not working for depositing the cash, told me to go khar branch for depositing, it can be understandable the deposit machine is not working, then they should take cash n deposit on counter, they told only dat branch account holder deposits on counter, I mean why you people just sitting n taking salaries for doing nothing. Such a shame full work

Its a nice branch of SBI. The Staff members are calm. When you enter in branch, there will be 7 seats but only 3 members are available . (- ⭐) You don't need to carry Pen, Glue Stick or Chairs(?)
