absolutely useless service SBI santacruz east bank They don't want to do Home loan then why SBI realising HOME LOAN product ?
Very bad attitude of Branch staff especially the home loan dept. They seem like doing a favour by attending to customer. Wake up SBI.
very bad bank,staff is always absent and when they be present just seating and burning their chairs, don't ever open account here, I visited for my moms pension account and it tooks almost 2 months for the process , manager is also not helpfull,door staff are rude.
Never ever open account at golibar branch as it takes 45mins to open a saving account.. It's total waste of time. Their server's are always down after 11am. And customer needs to visit multiple times for single account opening.
Worst bank Ever staff is sooo slow they don't even respon to the coustomer no services for senior citizen they keep shouting and they are very rude in answering any question not at all services are given the worstest bank ever .?
