Emirates Islamic Bank Near Al Twar Center Al Nahda Street Al Qusais 2

I visited Emirates Islamic today to open a company account! Unfortunately they said it’s only for Uae nationals, before I’m visiting the bank I already called their customer care center . They told me every nationality can open the company account but unfortunately from the bank they said they can’t Anyway the service it was clear they helped it ??

Called them in morning. No one respond. After visited Twar branch. 10:37 reached and came out with 12 O’clock in noon. With zero knowledge. Make some sense Guys . Wasted my 2 hours and Parking tickets. Plus they aren’t Financing 2016 or 2017. Worst Bank. Worst staff. Zero knowledge . They Do Not have any experience, just wasting time of peoples specially counter 6 & 7

Hello, I was not expecting this service from the Emirates Islamic Bank…from last 8th month I’m struggling to collect my RTA Nol card…I’m not getting it. I applied RTA Nol card and they gave me some Flex card. When I spoke to the person who opened my account he told by mistaken they applied, how’s that possible. I’m not really sure the name of person who opened my account…he’s name is Suyash. And he is replying veryyy late. Please, check and get back to me. Many thanks.

Mohammed Reza has most poor customer service. Just to print bank statements he took 20 minutes. They need to hire efficient people at work. Madhiha at the reception is swift and professional. Other customers were waiting in busy hours. This is not what we expect from Emirates brand name.

Pathetic service.. waited for 50 Mins to attend me when i went to enquire about car loan. The lady who had number before me went and complained to the manager with zero success. I am not taking loan from this bank. Poor service.
