Worst ever experience in my last 15 years in dubai. Waited 2hrs and the bank officer come to me and informing that need to wait anther 2 hrs more. Dear ENBD, please take a look on this matter. End of the day customers matters. Very poor and disappointing.

Bank was closed for renovations and we weren't informed... it was shocking to run to reach on time and then found out the bank is closed .... very disappointed

Rude staff. Came at 3pm to just drop a letter and they closed the door in front of me, not willing to take the letter which would take 1 second of their precious time. Ridiculous customer service

Worst customer service at this branch, 1st wait for long queue even when you need little information. Every staff guides you different information. Even the time frame of service delivery where given wrong. This review is based on my personal experience and at the time I used service however the real service, conditions and environment may vary.
