Very disappointing experience with Dubai Islamic Bank, specifically with an employee named Moiz. At the beginning, communication was excellent—calls were frequent and follow-ups were consistent, which gave me confidence in the process. Unfortunately, once things moved forward, the communication completely stopped. No replies, no calls, and no updates, despite multiple attempts from my side. This sudden lack of responsiveness feels unprofessional and frustrating, especially from a bank where trust and reliability are essential. Good service should be consistent throughout the entire customer journey, not only at the start. Based on this experience, I will seriously reconsider dealing with this bank in the future. I hope this feedback is taken seriously and used to improve customer service standards. (Check how your employee responds to the customers) , ill never let go promise. Untill he will never in his life treat a single person this way. Many thanks.

extremly poor service very slow. staff and service is very slow in this branch , i have been to dib other branches and this is the slowest i experienced. Min wait time is more than 2 hours. My expereience visit dib dubai hills mall branch which was quite faster
