It's clean& conformable branch but the service is not good I'm here since 8.30 and the branch is empty but I wait already like 45 min... Not to mention that 90% of employees not here

The best way to describe what you will experience at this branch is if you imagine walking into a bank but you find yourself in a preschool where the staff don’t know the first thing about banking, and they come with attitude too! It’s a joke and an embarrassment. Not one member of staff was of any use but very happy to be seated and leisurely chatting amongst themselves while you wait for no reason. Incredibly unprofessional. I went to exchange multiple foreign currencies but nobody had a clue of what these major currencies were nor did they bother to lift a finger to find out. I left to save myself the headache. The only person doing their job properly at the branch was the security man directing people to the correct counters. Very disappointing ENBD. Stop letting this branch drag your reputation to the ground

My experience with the Emirates NBD Al Qusais was exceptional. We had an issue with our bank transfer and Mr. Subair helped us throughout. One of the best services ever received.

Have a good day to Head of Emirates nbd This is to inform you that i have no experience with the other staff but the Lady at counter 9 is totaly rude to all of the clients she dont respect anyone this is the second time i went to the same bank and she was rude at everyone and she have insulted the client in front of me as well while the client was telling her that he ll make a complaint but she replies she dont care go whatever you can do i m extremely apologies to say this but this need to be highlighted bcoz all the clients going to her is 🙁 unhappy
