Giving 5* to Mansoor and the Branch Manager, who is out there talking to customers and apologizing for the long wait. Speed of service otherwise would be 0 out of 5. This is not the only branch of EIB that is slow. I guess it’s just the entire system. Closed my account and hopefully will live happily ever after with ENBD only. But well done to Mansoor and the Branch Manager. Thanks for helping and caring!

Very long waiting time. It had 5 customer service counter but only 3 is operating out of which one is not attending any customer so 2 left and they are taking so long, I waited for almost an hour while only few customers were there, finally I moved out as my turn did not come. Very poor Service

As an EI customer I’ve had COUNTLESS unpleasant experiences with the brand and this specific branch. Every time you come for being “assisted”, they will make you to wait for, at least, 30 minutes. Regardless if they have 6 or only 1 “Services and Products” representative on duty. Before you get the chance to reach them, you’ll have to wait for them to finish what seems to be personal calls (they are using mobile phones). When you finally get to the counter, they don’t listen but simply answer with what appears to be “plastered answers”. Now, how can you designate a department for products and services, if the answer for your inquires will ALWYAS be: “call the customer service hotline. We can’t assist you on that!” I had two enquires when I first stepped in today, and I left with both of them and ANOTHER disappointment and frustration! It’s been 4 years since I’ve transferred my salary account to Emirates Islamic Bank and there’s not even ONE day every since that they fail on making me regret it!

Worst bank to deal with customer service really!!! Almost 2 hours to wait in the que!! Cmon!! People have work and other things to do rather than to waste 2 hours waiting!!!!!!!
