I would like to say that staff member named Rachel at NBD festival city branch, working to help the customers, was exceptionally helpful and very very efficient. We thought we would have a bank transfer issue, but she helped out all the way. Very quick , very efficient, polite, clear and helpful.She assisted us for opérations inside the bank, phone calls, and even to speed up our operation by helping us at the ATM machine. Giving essential and detailed information. A great staff member. I hope she is considered as such by NBD which should have more staff like Rachel.
The branch is very poor with customer service - lack of knowledge, long wait time and all other points mentioned by people below are true. I understood that for a person to go and write a review takes a certain level of frustration. To my recent experience, I visited 2 branches of ENBD for the past 4 days (Nakheel mall and Festival city) - ENBD service is lacking big time. Not possible to visit 2 branches and go back home empty handed with more confusion in your head. Not talking about 2 calls that i made to call center prior each visit. Still not able to get result, my request is very simple by the way open a savings account. I simply cannot describe to what extend the stupidity of advisors and if this is the level of bank in general...good luck to them
Very bad experience. waited for almost 1hr 45min just to get a status update on credit card suspended reason which took only 2min to check. Very pathetic service. Only the reception guys were with at least some helping attitude. The guys in side the cabin for account opening etc is with pathetic customer relation attitude
I just received my card and needed help to deposit some cash and activate my NBD App and Mrs Latifa was excellent at explaining to me all the steps involved and helping me with my first transaction. Many thanks
as I’m a client want to talk and ask many questions to have all the details for opening new account in this bank, i was shocked and disappointed from the customer service who it should be the most intelligent and qualified person to talk to customer.Even she did not give me the time to speak with the qualified staff and ask what i want to know.
