Hello guys don't trust them for any product I have credit card from Mashreq which is 4 0r 5 years free of annual fee this month they charged me 650 Aed annual fee and I'm request to reverse the annual fee they start to make story with you even I have also personal loan from. Mashreq before applying any product think twice beginning they give you offer on gold table after that aaa sorry but this is bank policy etc... I'm never ever apply any new products from Mashreq bank. And of course not recommended any of my colleagues.

Worst bank ever ,I transferred 500 aed to a friend's account and his account was already closed,he went to collect the money by emirates ID ,they refused to give and they didn't resent it to my account Very bad bank

I am writing this review to express my disappointment with the teller service at Mashreq Bank. I recently went to an ATM to use the teller service, but the teller refused to help me and kept saying to call the call center. I was confused because there is a service available in the ATM, so why would I have to call the call center? I tried to explain to the teller (FATIMA) that I needed help with a cheque that was issued to me by the bank but she just kept repeating that I should call the call center. I was very frustrated by this, as I had already tried calling the call center and had been on hold for over 30 minutes. I just wanted to get my issue resolved, but the teller was not helpful at all. In the end, I hung up on the call center and left the ATM. I am very disappointed with the service I received from Mashreq Bank, and I will not be using their ATMs again. I am also concerned about the fact that there is a service available in the ATM, but the tellers are not trained to use it
