Very bad branch!! They don’t care about customers as they should do. There is a guy working in this branch called Rashid have very bad attitude and even not corporative I’ve been waiting almost for 2hours here and the way how they treat me was very bad as a customer. Also the branch didn’t have a system for waiting list so anyone can come after u and get in ?? Honest it was my worst experience in this branch.

the guy who giving the queue number is unprofessional at all, but honestly the branch manager is nice and cooperated. the problem stayed 2 months to solved.

With no exaggerating just NO personal touch or simple customer service HUGE ZERO from a Manager on duty. My son was so excited to convert his saving to banknotes, she refused because he has no account. My child was very disappointed went out very sad. Where is the encouragement, need to understand how to think out of the box sometime we can work around rules.
