The guard namely TEVES, C A under leopards agency maybe, is very accommodating he even help everyone upon transaction, and the teller at counter 1 is very nice she's very fast when it comes to transaction, union bank branch that has a very smooth flow of transaction, thank you.

Much better than the UB branch in Malate. The staff was able to issue me a replacement card on the same day like for less than an hour, and she even assisted me with the travel advisory so I could use the card abroad. I’m leaving the Philippines next month, so that really helped.

Avoid this branch at all cost! Unprofessional and disorganized branch staff. Ask you to wait outside and when you are there . Told you closed~ it is a disaster bank!!!

Avoid this branch at all cost! Unprofessional and disorganized branch staff. Numerous times I've transacted with this branch that I've encountered issues with the way they handled my requests.like when I tried to open a USD account with them and they said they can't create it for me due to some technical issues with their system. They were able to open it eventually but they have wasted so much of my time and still told me to get back at a later time when they can already do it. The other is recently when I inquired to open a UITF account with them and none of them in the branch appears to have any idea that they are offering UITFs or how you could open one. They again just send me off because none of them could accommodate me and they will just be calling me. This branch doesn't even deserve this one star rating, if only I could give lower. Transact with other branches instead or risk the hassle, inconvenience, and headache that this branch gives. They will just ruin your day.

Terrible service. The employee Sunshine forgot to make the copy of document and had to come to the office another time. I lost one day and might lost more if I didn't visit the office by chance asking about the status.
