worst service ever! Non existent customer service, they are just good at charging you anything but wont even talk to you to challenge what they are charging people. You can wait on the phone for hours, NOBODY is answering.

Beware of this bank (all Eastwest) for your car loans, they cannot afford for a 1 month arrears and they will pull out your unit, the management of this bank is brain dead, they will give you all kinds of harassment, such a bad services!
