I called this bank to inquire about their products, the call center agent can't answer product specific questions so she has to refer me to their sales associate. The sales associate will send an email after 3 to 5 banking days. She writes minimal answer on her email to the point that she can only reply to 1 of your question. It doesn't matter how many you have listed, she will only reply to the first question. If you want a reply for the second question, you have to send a follow up email. Same goes for your 3rd, 4th and 5th questions. Mind you, you get replies but your questions don't get answered. They will only forward links which you have already read and answer in templated replies which does not answer your question. I got tired and sick of the back and forth with no definite answer so I tried to ask if I can call her. She gave a number and said I can call between 9am to 5pm. Guess what? Yes I can call between 9am to 5pm ofcourse but no one answers the phone so I emailed her aga
