Slow response. Also no way of contacting them by phone or mobile to check status of requests. So I end up having to physically go there - extremely inconvenient.
There’s only 2-3 of us here at the bank but they move super duper slow. Only one person at the counter and isnt even attending to our needs. Fix this please
Always a line and half of the staff including manager do something else instead of serving the clients. The registration form still have USSR in its nationality list.
No one is attending my concern. I called, email, Etc. No one is responding! I needy issue fixed!
