Something wrong with my account that I couldn’t pay anyone. Walk in to the branch and ask for help. Tiffany was very approachable and book me in with a consultation with Taki. Be there on time and no wait. Taki was very nice greeting me and after verifying my ID, made a phone call and problem solved. So nice to bank with ANZ. Happy with my experience.

ANZ Robina is the worst bank and branch I have ever dealt with. If I could give them -1 stars, I would, because they truly deserve it. This branch and ANZ have caused endless frustration while trying to sort out my poor Mother’s affairs. I’ve spent countless hours on the phone being transferred from person to person, with no one willing to take responsibility or actually help. Even the Branch Manager ignored emails about fraudulent charges on a supposedly closed credit card. In the end, it took escalating to the Complaint Resolution Team and the Customer Advocate Team just to get the charges reversed. After over a year of this terrible service from this Bank, I finally closed all accounts, and taken my business to BOQ who are fantastic. Absolutely appalling ANZ Robina !

We visited the ANZ branch in Robina yesterday with my father, who has been an ANZ customer for many years. He doesn’t speak English, and now that I live in Australia, I accompany him to appointments to help with translation, just like his interpreters used to do in the past. Unfortunately, the welcome we received was extremely unpleasant. The woman at the front desk was dismissive and refused to give us an appointment with a consultant, despite me explaining our situation several times. She kept speaking directly to my father in English, even though it was clear he didn’t understand, and each time I tried to help by answering for him, she cut me off, saying: “I’m talking to him, not you.” This lack of empathy and respect is unacceptable, especially from a bank that is supposed to support its clients. We were only asking for a simple appointment, and instead, we were sent away with just a general inquiry number. I'm deeply disappointed by this experience and by the way we were treate

Had a couple shocking experiences lately and put in a formal complaint without any follow up. The guy at the front desk just keeps asking if I’m applying for a loan. He declined to assist me to unlock my account and told me to ring the call centre who sent me to the branch at the first place. He said he is not able to help me and he doesn’t know what to do and basically just send me away. He ignored me and spoke to the next customer behind the queue. Spoke to the branch manager and had the job done within 10 min. The manager was awesome but the staff who initially sent me away definitely needs extra training. Still waiting for ANZ to formally reply me on this situation.

Bureaucracy gone mad. Staff sitting doing (apparently) nothing but cannot help customers unless they have an appointment. Not the friendly receptionist's problem but I'm pretty sure they get to see many confused, upset and angry customers every day. ANZ, you can do better. Only 2 stars because receptionist was friendly but ultimately not helpful.
