Extremely disappointed with ANZ service on the Gold Coast. There are hardly any ANZ’s ATMs available between Surfers Paradise and Broadbeach — which is one of the busiest areas! It’s incredibly frustrating to deal with such poor accessibility. I visited the ANZ Hub on a Sunday and found the outdoor ATM out of order, and the ones inside was completely inaccessible. Totally unacceptable for a major bank. ANZ needs to seriously improve its presence and service in this area.

I watched an Alderney couple stand outside the entrance from 8:30am. My wife & I went to breakfast and planned to return by 9am for her to do her banking. The elderly couple were still waiting and the doors were still closed. They did t actually open until 9:39am, and no one inside had the decency to tell them when it opened so they could rest somewhere close by with a seat. There are no opening times posted on the entrance, just a QR code. Hello, the elderly don’t use QR codes! When. I checked the QR code, I get bombarded with useless products and could not find the branch opening hours. That’s a big, HUGE fail in client service. Who the heck is serving who? Clients wait at their convenience? I tried to lodge an online complaint recommending to put open hours placards up at the entrance, and place opening hours in a prominent location on the website. ANZ Online would not let me lodge my complaint. So I’m guessing an AI filter prevents concerned members of the public from lodging such

I arrived at 12:30pm, waited a while since no one even looked up when I entered only to be told you can't take cash from your ANZ BANK ACCOUNT until 2PM - THEY'RE A BANK!!!! They have ATMs? Well whoppie doo - an ATM can't give uneven amounts of money so an ATM is useless for me. You deserve better. Go elsewhere.

Today my partner was a victim from a scam directly from ANZ. When going into the bank & explaining he lost everything the bank teller laughed in our face. Within 2 hours we received an email saying the case was closed. Customer service at ANZ is non existent, no one is helping us. They keep palming us off to different people. NEVER bank with ANZ.

There are very kind people in this branch. I went there to international transactions and closing my accounts. I am not good at speaking English but they were so helpful and friendly. Unfortunately, my transaction was failed due to currency issues. However, after the issue, they tried to resolve it again and I finally succeeded transaction in third time trying. That was so difficult and usually customer should be done by themselves. Thank you for helping me a lot. Especially, Asian women, blonde women, and Chris??. Thank you.
