No human tellers anymore at this so called 'bank', and the outside ATM has shown out of service everytime I have been there after hours for over a week now... It's not the first time, either. Yet they make billions of dollars a year in profits and rip off Aussies with fees, fees, fees and more fees. Pathetic and miserable. Government fines to this bank are just seen as 'normal operating expenses' to them at the end of the day, and they couldn't care less about our society. Not even an afterthought. I will be moving all my accounts to another (more respectful) establishment very soon. At least somewhere that still gives jobs to locals.

Open hours are hard enough to get to and the ATM is out of service! You removed all the ATMs from the community so we seek out the branches and you still fail!

No customer service, make me feel so uncomfortable and very very rude, treat customer like an enemy. The long hair asia woman attitude is very rude. I have try my best to explain to her what I need, but she not even try to understand me. I am a loyalty customer with ANZ but I feel so disappointed this time. I will transfer to other bank which has good customer service

I must admit, I was hesitant to visit this branch after reading some negative reviews. However, I needed to come here with some banking matters, and I’m so glad I did!
