It’s quite busy and the queue takes about 15 minutes, but I suggest you make an appointment in advance. My card was somehow deactivated after changing my phone number. The woman helped me with the block and the process was very smooth and easy.

I had a very poor experience with ANZ when visiting the branch to set up a new company bank account. I specifically asked for certain old accounts to be closed, however the staff member closed the wrong accounts, including my regular everyday access account. As a result, I was left with no access to my personal or business funds, and all cards linked to my accounts were declining. The only way I was able to access money was via Apple Pay on my brand new business account, which meant I had to use that account for regular grocery and personal transactions. This impacted my business records, tax tracking and the clean setup I had intended for a new company account. To make matters worse, replacement cards were then sent to the wrong address, further delaying resolution. This caused significant disruption to both my business and personal finances and created unnecessary stress. I deposited $225 into the smart ATM at the bank in Pacific Fair tonight, but the machine kept my money. The money was supposed to be transferred to my company, and I don’t know if it has arrived. The screen showed my deposit failed, and it didn’t give me any receipt.

Send us to Ashmore they advised they only do Business banking which we were later told they should have helped as Robina ANZ is closed they gave us NO money sent us elsewhere!!! Where we were later advised Pac Fair ANZ had plenty of money could have done it in the first place!!! We pay our fees its our money and they had plenty of money! Our Time and petrol is money we were sent to 3 banks to get our money When Pac Fair ANZ could and should of helped us. Disgraceful service been banking with ANZ for over 30 years.
