The Bendigo Bank branch in Brighton is one of those places that quietly does its job well without making a fuss about it. Sitting just off Church Street, it feels properly part of the neighbourhood rather than a drop-in corporate outlet. You can duck in between errands, grab what you need done, and be back out without the whole thing feeling like hard work. What stands out most is the people. The staff are consistently friendly and approachable, and it feels like they actually want to help rather than move you along. On my last visit, one of the team, Sarah, took the time to talk things through clearly and without banking jargon, which makes a big difference when you’re dealing with anything more than a simple transaction. Bendigo Bank Brighton staff have been wonderful and patient helping us navigate a difficult time when my dad was scammed. With their help we’ve now set up some safety barriers and ring- fences his accounts to keep them more secure. Thanks especially to Linda in the branch - she’s been wonderful

So very disappointed with this branch. The new manager decided to transfer funds from one of my accounts to another without first calling or checking with me. That's terrible. She should not be able to just move my money of her own accord, without my authority. Blaming other departments for what she has done. I have been with Bendigo for 17 years and this has never happened to me before by any other managers. A disgrace. No courtesy call or email, no contact made by manager or any staff, this is such a violation and I am furious and appalled. Perhaps the new manager should take a lesson of customer service and loyalty from some of her predecessors. Huge disappointment. Do not recommend this branch.

BRIGHTON branch staff and management is very disappointing. My business has been with Bendigo for 17 years and only since the new manager has started there have I had issues. They have transferred my money from one account to another without calling, emailing or first checking with me, what a disgrace. No previous manager has ever done this. This is not how to treat a long-standing loyal customer. Do not recommend this branch!

I had a wonderful experience at the Bendigo Bank in Brighton. Not only did Davorin make me feel welcome from the moment I walked in the door all of the other staff at the branch always greeted me with a smile.
