If they understood the service they provided I wouldn’t have wasted 45 minutes waiting. I had all the required documents to change my account from a regular to concession but they just doubted everything I said and had no idea how to complete this simple request. Once the manager returned from break it took 5 minutes. I understand they didn’t know what they were doing but would’ve rather return when someone more competent was able to help.

I received a scam sms pretending to be from Bendigo bank. I DIDNT CLICK ON IT & phoned their H. O. to let them know about it, so they could let potentially vulnerable customers be aware of one of the best scammy fake sms I've seen. Instead of them thanking me for the link and tip off, they locked me out of ALL internet banking UNLESS I pay to get my smart phone "cleaned" and only then can they re-activate my internet/mobile/app banking. I asked "who do you recommend to do this", they said they don't know, but I have to show proof/receipt that I've had it done, all my internet banking/card access is denied. I told them I'd deleted my cookies, caches and browsing history and did a factory reset on my phone, but not good enough for them. They wanted me to have some pro to do what I can do. But to have a paid receipt as proof. I asked "if I buy a new phone, and dump my one in acid... can you reactivate my online banking?" Computer say "no". My card had expired and my replacement was stolen in the mail, Rachael and Hannah were perfect in getting the problem solved and I had a new card within a few days - life savers! Quick, easy, helpful.
