Rude and incompetent! For 2 months i been paying my elderly neighbours bills. The bank have now lost the authority for account authority and whisper to each other in front of me. Then tell me to go get signatures for a new authority. My elderly is very ill in hospital. I cannot use my money to pay all the bills. The Banking Ombudsman will be contacted to facilitate rectification. The tellers need to at a minimum know it is totally rude to whisper in front of a customer!
Ladies serving customers were lovely, quick and helpful. Amazing as most banking staff are awful, what a breath of fresh air.
