I have two accounts with your bank. Both do not come with a card. I can only withdraw over the counter. will be finding a new business to bank with. heard about the charges to withdraw MY MONEY. I thought the Bendigo Bank was different to the BIG 4 but your just the same. GREEDY! Lost me! My money is safer somewhere else!

Staff we got at counter was rude/unfriendly/unprofessional (by description of other reviews - sounds like exact same blonde haired lady). We had to actually ask for a seat to fill out paperwork, rather than at front counter (elderly people shouldn't have to ASK for a seat). Considering have multiple a/c's with Bendigo (with lots of $$$ in savings/deposits) ... Yet get talked down-to like we mean nothing. Now looking at pulling ALL a/c's from Bendigo. Not a nice experience at all. "The people's bank" - certainly not this branch !!! [EDIT] : when we mentioned to said staff member ... That we were looking at moving everything to another bank - her response was ... "well you do that then" ... (brilliant way to talk to an elderly person - NOT). Guess - goes to show Bendigo staff at this branch don't/won't even want to keep current clients. This branch has gone to the dogs +++ IMO shouldn't even be associated with the Bendigo Bank name anymore ... (their ethics/values certainly don't

New blonde lady was absolutely rude, the customer service was very poor. I generally go there and the service by the other women are amazing! Theyre always so nice. I understand the blonde lady was on her learner's, but her customer service was not acceptable as she was so rude.

Great little personal bank. Not big and impersonal like the major banks. Always served quickly and you rarely wait very long to be served. Customer service section is to your right as soon as you walk in the doors. If it's not deposit or withdrawal related, this is where you should head for.
