The women with glasses on the left was rude and bit unprofessional as she didn’t provide courtesy and decency explanation of my mother situation of her money of the cheque being sent to them after the manager in Bendigo Blackburn instructed us to go there. After I left the branch she was blocking one person and so close near the customer face as if she was asking for a fight. completely unacceptable behaviour and unprofessional the rest of the staff are great and better behave than her. as if she own the branch.

The lady on the left with glasses on the counter is extremely rude and giving false information when she was trying to help my Grandma which I came to the branch to assist my Grandma language barrier. She told the customer service line that I am the “Nephew” when clearly from the start I am the Grandson resulting my Grandma Bendigo account to be closed and we ask her to cash out all the money but she kept stalling and not wanting to do her job to cash out all the money I asked her twice to cash out all of it since the account is closing instead she left 3.60 AUD in the account when My Grandma and myself asked her twice to “CASH OUT ALL OF IT” All the staff there are very helpful except that lady on the left at the counter, Very Arrogant and Very Unpleasant experience the worse Bendigo Staff I have ever met out of all the branch. Blackburn and Keilor Bendigo have better communication and understanding.

I cannot thank Bendigo Bank Airport West enough. My son and I have recently purchased our home and had a difficult loan application approved due to the diligent, 'thinking outside the box' and extra efforts provided by Rita. This manager definitely puts her heart and soul into her work and if you're looking for someone who will go in and bat for you - she's your person. Thank you Rita and the great staff at Bendigo Airport West!

Had an absolutely awesome experience with the branch manager Nuran. She was very informative, helped us with all our questions at anytime and made herself available whenever we need to see her. Would strongly strongly recommend anyone to visit Nuran if they are looking to buying/building a house or for any financial information.
