Trust me, avoid at all costs. The front Indian female clerk knows nothing about the bank account and function. By pushing the established loan account issues to broker, wasting clients time waiting ~20min, providing clients with misleading information then complaining about under staffs to make things complicated by booking an appointment in following week with specialist. She just doesnot want to work and get things sorted. I cannot believe she can still be hired and served clients in front line. Giving up and driving to another nearby branch, nice and warm staffs there helped solving the issues within less than 5min. Shame on this branch. If you want a bad mood, please come to see her.worst banking service that I have.

Understaffed. Rude. Avoid at all costs. Closed off an old account that I 'inherited' from a previous owners corp manager. Everything about Bendigo Bank is antiquated, customer-last, expensive, and user-unfriendly. Thankfully I never, ever, ever have to deal with this organisation ever again!

So, I've put in an application for a credit card to make life a little easier while travelling overseas. Given I work in the public mental health system, & am a single renter, it's proving more problematic than I would like (Thanks Jacinta Allen for our insulting new EBA). Sam has completely shattered my worldview when it comes to the way I've looked @ bankers & gone above and beyond to see what can be done to ease my burden (despite me being! somewhat of a burden). While it is still up in the air I'd like to say, with all objective honesty, thank you Bendigo Bank & Sam in particular. It is your commitment to the good fight (as much as is practicable in that field) that drew me to your institution & the compassion, understanding & helpfulness of Sam is a credit to you. Psst, can we raise the limit a bit now? Hahaha. But sincerely, thank you, however it plays out.

Hi there, Writing to you as a long time customer at Bendigo Bank. I attended Bendigo Bank in Moonee Ponds on the 29th of May at 10:30am until around 10:45am. I was attended to by David at the front counter and I want to make a mention of how attentive and helpful David was to me on my visit. I want to make mention of another staff member present today, I didn’t catch her name but she was the middle-aged, blonde female supervisor who felt so inclined as to rudely interject in the discussion David and I were having while she herself was serving another customer at another service point. It was irritating but passable until she started discussing my personal business across the room in front of other customers. “It’s not the bank’s job to save money for you” I believe was the quote. The supervisor essentially acted as an unreasonable and very loud roadblock in the situation that I was trying to deal with with David. Eventually David took the initiative to go beyond his supervisor and i
