Worst of all westpac branches I have been to. I went to open my new account with westpac when I called the contact centre of westpac for my appointment the lady to me you are all good with the documents I have to visit the branch and open a new account but when I visited the branch on my appointment this lady Amandeep kaur who served me she she I can’t open a new accounts with westpac Because I have account with other banks so I told her that I want to meet your manager she said he is on call in a very rude way I waited for sometime than she said give your number my manager or I will call you back once Manager Jamie Sun is free. So dear Amandeep kaur and Jamie Sun this is the worst customer service and I’m still waiting for your call it’s being more than 2 weeks know Thank

Went in to get my card back from the atm....in hunters corner Papatoetoe on Monday morning...had receipt, photo ID but was refuse because of their policy. Ask to see so called policy but was refuse again. Ask for a manager he was the manager...debated in the lobby area for all to hear was embarrassing enough...but was told that he could not help me like he give a dam...so to the manager Mr Jamie Sun thank you for being unprofessional,uncaring and showed what a bank manager should not do...just my policy
