What initially felt like a daunting experience became much less overwhelming thanks to his genuine support and expertise. He is a strong asset to the company and I would highly recommend.

Extremely Disappointed with Westpac Manukau Field City Centre Branch I had a very frustrating experience today at the Westpac branch in Manukau Field City Centre. We drove all the way there to open a joint bank account, only to be completely dismissed by the staff. Despite arriving well before closing time 11:00amb(they close at 4:30 PM), we were told no one could accommodate us at all — not even for a few minutes. The staff said they were all on calls with clients who had appointments, and walk-ins like us were simply not a priority. It’s incredibly disappointing that people willing to wait patiently and needing basic banking services like account opening are not even given the courtesy of being attended to or offered an alternative. Opening an account doesn’t take much time — it's just collecting details and a signature. Yet the attitude from the staff today made it feel like our presence was an inconvenience. The line of people waiting to be served was out past the main entrance,and they hold very small amounts of Foreign exchange, a complete waste of time.

Bank front counter service was good. Staff Gurpreet was very helpful and she went beyond to help us even without asking. Great work 👏
