Pre-covid is when other physical branches in other localities were seemingly closed down, I guess to be more digital, we have lost that tangible service myself and the older generation require. I would bring up in a meeting, that When a staff member leaves a kiosk unattended, can they notify the awaiting customer on a general time wait. Doesn't have to be exact but say 10mins then atleast I'll know.

We met with Milika today with regards to opening a new joint account we were both first time customers and the experience was great she was very engaging and ensured to explain everything we had in mind clearly, the account opening process went smoothly and we were very happy with the outcome, along with that another thing I noticed and admired was other staff members were very helpful and ensured all other customers in queue were attended in a efficient manner thank you ASB team for your great service 😊

All the atms are down at7pm and you’re all in your branch laughing and joking while your customers wait in a queue of 10 people for 1 atm. You’re pathetic

You need to review your processes if the functionality to withdraw certain limits from an ATM cannot be met. Invest in more team on the floor to support the huge queue all waiting for cash withdrawals. This is ridiculous! You should hear the conversation taking place in this line. Note after: it took 2 hours before we were served as only one person in the whole branch was dealing with physical cash services.
